-
Have you been longing to reconnect with the parts of yourself you've had to leave behind?
-
Do you feel like something is missing — in your relationships, your body, or your sense of self?
-
Are you carrying relational wounds that talk therapy alone hasn’t been able to fully reach?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, this retreat is for you!

Join us for a transformative weekend retreat designed to support deep healing through the power of relationship — with yourself, with others, and with the inner parts of you longing to be seen and held. Through a carefully guided process that integrates Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, trauma-informed care, and community connection, this retreat creates a safe space to explore how relational wounds have shaped your nervous system — and how connection (with self and others) can be the path to repair.
