A Weekend to Pause, Reset, and Come Home to Yourself.

Refresh & Renew is a deeply restorative Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAP) retreat designed for those experiencing chronic stress, emotional fatigue, and nervous system overload.

This weekend offers a compassionate space to step out of doing and into being — to listen to what your inner system truly needs, and to reconnect with the grounded, spacious presence of your Essential Self.

Through a thoughtfully curated blend of Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) / parts work, and holistic self-care practices, you’ll be supported in releasing accumulated stress, meeting protective parts with care, and restoring a felt sense of vitality, clarity, and inner alignment.
