What types of clients or issues are you most passionate about working with?
I am a holistic psychotherapist that specializes in adults and adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, and C-PTSD. Are you experiencing lingering impacts of life transitions, grief, isolation, childhood/acute trauma, or relationship issues? I will meet you where you are and develop skills to find lasting joy and resilience while facing life challenges. I am passionate about creating a space where clients can experience empowerment, safety, connection, and freedom. I strive for clients to leave sessions with a higher sense of self confidence, creativity, and agency.
What modalities or techniques do you frequently use in your work?
I operate from the standpoint that every human life has inherent value and worth, regardless of their life circumstances. I utilize my neuroscience and public health science background to address issues at all levels. I value cultural competency and consider unique identity factors when treating clients.
Throughout my 5+ years of experience working in the mental health field, I've combined somatic experiencing, IFS, and creative therapy interventions with evidence based talk therapy techniques. I will collaborate with you and tailor a treatment plan that best suit your needs. Please reach out to see if we are a good fit!
Any pets?
I have a sweet soul mate tuxedo cat named Moki who may sometimes pop up to say hi during virtual sessions!
