Who We Support

For Those Seeking
Connection, Presence, & Lasting Transformation

We support individuals who feel ready for deeper healing and a new way of relating to themselves. Many arrive feeling stuck, burned out, or disconnected from their inner life. Some have been in therapy for years yet sense there is more to understand, more to feel, and more to reclaim. They want a therapeutic experience that honors the wisdom of the body, nervous system, and expanded states of awareness.

We also work with clients who feel called to ketamine-assisted therapy or psychedelic integration as part of their healing. These individuals are seeking a safe, ethical, trauma-informed environment where expanded experiences can be held with skill and compassion. They value integrity, presence, and an approach that blends clinical care with embodied practice.

Her approach integrates trauma-informed care, embodied presence, and clinical expertise. Through The PATH Approach, she supports clients in releasing what is unhealed, reconnecting with their bodies, and integrating expanded experiences into everyday life.

Lauren is supported by a skilled and compassionate team of clinicians who share a commitment to safety, integrity, and client-centered healing. Together, they create a therapeutic environment rooted in trust, connection, and the belief that every person has the capacity to return to wholeness.

Our Approach

Clinically Grounded. Soulfully Guided.

Our work is rooted in The PATH Approach™, a trauma-informed and embodied process that supports
deep and sustainable transformation. The PATH Approach blends Internal Family Systems, EMDR,
somatic therapies, mindfulness, and expanded awareness practices to help clients connect with
their bodies and integrate insights into lived experience.

P – Presence

Connecting with the body and nervous system to create safety,
awareness, and grounded attention.

A – Awareness

Exploring emotions, sensations, and inner experiences with curiosity,
clarity, and compassion.

T – Transformation

Releasing old patterns, integrating expanded experiences, and supporting meaningful shifts in daily life.

H – Healing Integration

Applying insights through embodied practice, nervous system regulation, and ongoing therapeutic support.

This approach recognizes that healing is both a conscious practice and an embodied experience. By creating a therapeutic space grounded in presence, safety, and compassion, we help clients return to their natural capacity for connection, self-awareness, and wholeness.

The PATH Approach reflects our belief that real change happens when science, soul, and self come together. It supports clients in releasing old patterns, regulating their nervous systems, and cultivating the clarity and awareness needed to create lasting transformation.
