Ryan Delaney (he/him) entered the behavioral health field in 2013 and has spent his career exploring the complex relationship between adverse life experiences, the human body, and mental health. His work has included a particular focus on drug user health and process addictions, grounded in an understanding that meaningful healing requires us to look beyond symptoms and consider the whole person, their lived experiences, and the ways those experiences are held in both mind and body.

Ryan found his way to ketamine-assisted therapy in 2023, training in the lineage of Dr. Phil Wolfson and the Ketamine Training Center (KTC). In 2024, he continued his training directly with KTC and had the unique privilege of advising on and contributing to the Safe Use Guidelines published by the Ketamine Research Foundation.

His approach to ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is shaped by a deep respect for the complexity of expanded states of awareness and the responsibility involved in holding this work. Ryan is especially interested in the places where healing, ethics, power, and human vulnerability intersect. He remains committed to helping name, address, and work with the shadow that can accompany any powerful vehicle for healing, particularly within the rapidly evolving psychedelic and ketamine-assisted therapy fields.

Ryan continues to work across the mental health and drug user health spaces, bringing curiosity, thoughtfulness, and a willingness to engage honestly with complexity. His work reflects a commitment to creating spaces where people can explore difficult experiences with greater awareness, compassion, and connection to themselves and their bodies.
