Expand your Self Wellness is primarily a private-pay practice and is out of network with most commercial insurance plans. Payment is due at the time of service.

We are in network with Enthea, a supplemental insurance plan specifically for ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP). If requested, a superbill may be provided for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider. Submission of a superbill is optional, and reimbursement is determined solely by your insurance plan.
