For many women, the years of building careers, raising families, and living by society’s expectations can cause one to abandon themselves and forget who they are beyond these external demands. Our Women's Midlife Awakening Group is a supportive group to help you shed old beliefs that no longer serve you, release the weight of the past, and step into this next chapter with clarity, purpose, and possibility. ​​​

This 6-week (Thursdays, October 16th - November 20th) communal journey will support in releasing what is no longer serving you and help you gain clarity as you enter the second phase of life!
